30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must not have been installed or show signs of attempted installation.
  • All original accessories, hardware, and packaging must be included and intact.
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please email us immediately at contact@pado-shifts.comwith your order number and a high-quality photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, including a free replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Email contact@pado-shifts.com to request a Return Authorization.
  2. Carefully package the items in the original box.
  3. Ship using a trackable service to the address provided by our team.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the inspected item.
